What’s Included?

A complete 6 week challenge including group training, nutrition, support and a community atmosphere. This program will not only transform your body, but will educate you on how to keep it for life!

Weekly food plans

Plans have been developed by Blake Worrall-Thompson and sports nutritionist Kira Sutherland, who between them have more than 33 years of experience.

Small group training

Small groups of 10-12 people per session means you’ll get that extra bit of attention. The program also has 4 different levels catering from beginners to the more experienced.

1 workshop each program

Each program, we run 1 workshop on a topic ranging from hormones, to happiness and everything in-between making sure you maximise your 6 weeks.

Private forum

You’ll have access to your 6w2s trainers 24/7 to get extra tips and info that will help you go ‘next level.’

5 sessions per week

3 high intensity weights sessions and 2 cardio sessions each week.

Weigh ins, testing and measurements

Progress checks will ensure you are on track to achieve your goals.


We currently run the 6w2s programs in Sydney and Adelaide, but don’t fret if we aren’t in your city! We are expanding in the near future, so stay tuned for announcements.
